Requirements
- A degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a similar field of studies
- 3–5 years of professional experience in embedded software development and verification, with a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle
- Hands-on experience with ISO 26262Road Vehicles - Functional Safety. Automotive functional safety standard defining ASILAutomotive Safety Integrity Level (A to D) under ISO 26262, derived from severity, exposure, and controllability. Read more levels and the automotive safety lifecycle. Read more at software level, incl. ASIL requirement handling, software partitioning, memory/peripheral protection configuration, and freedom from interference concepts
- Hands-on experience with ISO 21434Road Vehicles - Cybersecurity Engineering. Automotive cybersecurity lifecycle: threat analysis and risk assessment (TARA), security requirements, and post-production monitoring. The security companion to ISO 26262. Read more at software level, incl. involvement in TARA, HAZOP/weakness analysis, CWE/vulnerability analysis, and implementation experience (e.g., protection unit configuration, secure IPC, cryptography-based mechanisms)
- Experience in defining and maintaining Assumptions of Use (AoU) and cybersecurity/safety objectives documentation
- Proficiency in embedded C and familiarity with compilers, debuggers, and simulation tools; good knowledge of ARM / RISC-V architectures and ASPICE processes
- Strong analytical mindset and self-organization; experience applying AI in engineering workflows is a plus
- Fluent English communication skills
